What is the quote engine?
The Norvax quote engine is a web-based software application that can calculate individual health insurance quotes for your prospects in 60 seconds.

 

Can I change the colors on my quote engine?
All layout options are permanent characteristics of our quote engine interface.
Images, layout, and colors on the quote engine can’t be changed. You can change your contact information, displayed and/or required information fields, carriers, and licensed states.

How do I change the contact number and company name that displays on the upper right-hand side of the screen?
You can change this information through Broker Office.

1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account by going to www.ProspectZone.com/leads /client_login.jsp  or clicking on the banner on the home page in SiteLever.

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Home” tab.

4) Click "Edit Account Info".

5) Change your information.

6) Click the “Submit” button to save and enable your changes.

Can I change the information capture fields the quote engine displays?
You can change this information through Broker Office.

1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account by going to www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp or clicking on the banner on the home page in SiteLever.

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Preferences” tab.

4) Click the “Edit” link under the heading “Quote Engine Settings.”

5) You will see three columns with check-box options beneath them: “First Page”, “Second Page”, and “Apply Page”.

6) Select the options you want to appear on your quote engine. Check the “Required” box to set a field as a required field. NOTE: Zip is the only field that you cannot change on the first page. This cannot be changed, because the quote engine runs rates based upon this field.

7) Click the “Submit” button to save the changes.

Can I make certain information capture fields required on my quote engine?
Check the “Required” box next to the desired fields when setting your quote engine fields. See the answer above for detailed directions.

How can I add carriers to my quote engine?
To add carriers to your quote engine:

1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account by going to www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp or clicking on the banner on the home page in SiteLever.

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Preferences” tab.

4) The Preferences page will show active, inactive, and available carriers.

How can I change my contact information on the fax cover sheet that appears on the downloadable PDF applications?
You can change this information through Broker Office.

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Home” tab.

4) Click “Edit Account Info”.

5) Change your information.

6) Click the “Submit” button to save your changes.

How can I see what plans are available for my quote engine?
To view all plans generated by your quote engine:
 
1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account by going to www.ProspectZone.com/leads /client_login.jsp or clicking on the banner on the home page in SiteLever.

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Preferences” tab.

4) At the bottom of the page there is a section called “Plans”.

5) Click “View All Plans”, “View Plans By State”, “View Plans By Zip Code” to see available plans.

Why am I receiving duplicate leads from my quote engine?
When you submitted your quote engine preferences to Norvax during the setup process, you may have selected to receive notification at each stage of the lead capture process. You can change this setting to receive fewer emails, but you may not receive all applicable contact information for a lead. See the answer below for step-by-step instructions on changing your email notification options.

How do I change my email notification options for my quote engine?
1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account by going to www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp or clicking on the banner on the home page in SiteLever.

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Preferences” tab.

4) Click the “Edit” link under the heading “Email Lead Settings”

5) Select the check boxes indicating when you wish to receive an email.

6) Click the “Submit” button to save your changes.
