What is ProspectZone?
ProspectZone, a sister company of Norvax, specializes in online lead generation for the mortgage and insurance industries. ProspectZone provides individual health insurance agents with qualified leads. When you buy ProspectZone leads, you're given free access to BrokerOffice lead management software.

How will I get my leads?
Leads are delivered to up to two designated email addresses, and can be viewed on your internet-ready phone, PDA or laptop. The lead information will also be stored in your secure online BrokerOffice account, for you to access and manage anytime.  You can access your BrokerOffice account by logging in at http://www.prospectzone.com/leads/client_login.jsp

You can also set up your leads to be delivered in a daily batch. To change your delivery options,

1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account at http://www.ProspectZone.com/leads

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Home” tab.

4) Click “Edit Lead Profiles”.

5) Click the link found in the “Account” column.
NOTE: Some people have more than one account. Each account operates independently, so repeat these steps for each account as appropriate.

6) On the Edit Account Information screen, place a check in the “Lead Via Batch” box and select “Monthly”, “Weekly”, or “Daily” in the drop-down labeled “Mode”.

7) Click the "Submit" button to save your changes.

When can I expect to get my first lead?
When a prospect in your subscription area requests a health insurance quote, the information will be sent to your email address within 3 seconds.

How many agents receive the same lead?
On average, each lead is sent to only 2.13 agents. In our Shared Priority and Shared Auction accounts, each referral may be sent to up to 4 other insurance professionals for each line of insurance. If you have an Exclusive Auction account, the leads are only sent to you.

When will my credit card be charged?
Leads are pre-paid for by charging a deposit amount on your credit card. As you receive leads, your credit card is automatically re-charged when your account balance is depleted to 25% of the initial deposit amount.

How can I view my billing history?
You can view your billing statement anytime through your BrokerOffice account.

1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account at www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp  

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Reports” tab.

4) Click “Billing Summary”.

How do I add funds to my account?
1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account at http://www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Money Manager” tab.

4) Click “Add Money”.

5) Confirm your credit card, and enter the amount you want to add.

6) Click the “Charge” button. Your funds will be added.

How do I change my contact information?
1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account at http://www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Home” tab.

5) Click “Edit Account Info”.

6) Change your information.

7) Click the “Submit” button to save your changes.

How do I return an invalid lead?
If you receive an invalid lead you can request a lead credit within 10 days.

1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account at http://www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Support” tab.

4) Enter the Lead ID under “Submit a Lead Recall” in the top left of the page.

5) Provide a reason for the lead credit request.

What constitutes an invalid lead?
A lead is considered invalid if the lead:
 
(a) is not submitted by a real person (fictitious Lead);

(b) is submitted by a competitor;

(c) is submitted outside the service territory specified in the Agreement;

(e) is subject to medical conditions so extreme that no insurance carrier in that state would be capable of issuing a policy on the insured.

How soon will my account be credited for invalid leads?
Lead recall requests are reviewed on a weekly basis. When your request is approved, the cost of the lead will immediately be refunded to your account.

How will I be notified about my lead recall requests? 
You can view the status of all pending lead recall requests through BrokerOffice.

1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account at http://www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Support” tab.  

4) The information is displayed under “Lead Recall Summary”.

Can you guarantee a minimum number of leads a month?
We cannot guarantee a minimum because the number will change monthly depending on how many people request an insurance quote in your subscription area. 

If we are not able to fulfill your lead order within six months, you will receive a full refund on any balance remaining.

Can I limit the number of leads I receive in a month?
Yes. You can set a maximum monthly number of leads you wish to receive. This guarantees that we will not send you more than you requested.

How do I suspend delivery of leads?
NOTE: Our system currently allows lead delivery to be suspended for a total of 30 days a year. To suspend lead delivery:

  • Log in to your BrokerOffice account at www.prospectzone.com/leads/ client_login.jsp
  • Click the “Home” tab.
  • Click the “Edit Lead Profiles” text link found in the orange bar.
  • Click the link found in the “Account” column (“Auction” or “Priority”, etc).

NOTE: Some people have more than one account. Each account operates independently, so repeat these steps for each account as appropriate.

  • Near the bottom of the page you'll find a drop-down menu labeled “Status”. From the drop-down menu, select “Inactive”.
  • Click the “Submit” button.

Can I email proposals to my prospects?
With the Norvax quote engine subscription enabled, you can generate “one-click” proposals and email them in either HTML or PDF format.

1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account at http://www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Proposals” tab.

4) Complete the Applicant information form.

5) Click “Generate Proposal”.

6) Select the plans you would like to include in your proposal.

7) Click the “Create Proposal” button at the bottom of the form.

8) Enter the rest of the prospect information on the following page.

9) Click “Continue”.

10) Select the type of report you would like to send or preview.

11) Enter the prospect’s email address and your contact information.

12) Click “Send Email”.

How do I add filters to my leads?
To add lead filters:

1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account at http://www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Click the “Home” tab.
4) Click “Edit Lead Profiles”.

5) Click on the link under the “Account” heading.

6) Scroll down to the “Add/Edit Filter” link on the “Edit Account Information” page.
 
7) On the “Lead Filter” page, you will see a listing of the available filters and their cost per lead.

8) Select the filter you would like to add to your leads and click “Submit.”
(Example: If you would like to receive leads for individuals over thirty years of age, choose “Primary Applicant Age” less than thirty.)

9) You will be taken back to the “Edit Account Information” page. Click “Submit” to apply your filters.

Can I export leads from the BrokerOffice database?
To export leads from BrokerOffice:

1) Log in to your BrokerOffice account by going to http://www.ProspectZone.com/leads/client_login.jsp or clicking on the banner on the home page in SiteLever.

2) Enter your username and password. 

3) Click the “Advanced Search” link in the top left corner of the page (beneath the “Lead Search” box).

4) Enter the appropriate information, and click “Search”. If you would like to see all the leads available, click “Search” without entering any information. NOTE: Depending on how many leads you have available, it may take several minutes to load.

5) You will be shown all the leads that meet your criteria in increments of 20. Under “Bulk Operate” (located on the top right of the page) choose “All Leads” or “Current Page”.

6) Check the box corresponding with the leads you would like to export. If you would like to export all leads, click the check box in the upper-left corner of the lead table.

7) Click “Choose Bulk Operation”.

8) Click the button next to "Export Selected Leads".

9) A confirmation page will appear. Click “Confirm Lead Export”. NOTE: If you selected a large number of leads, it may take a few moments to prepare the file.

10) You will be prompted to download the file “export.zip”. Choose “Save” and select the location on your computer where you would like to save the file. NOTE: If the leads are saved with the extension JSP, change the extension to ZIP by renaming the file.
 
11) Open the saved file with a Zip extraction utility (such as WinZip or WinRar — Windows XP is able to open the file without any additional software). 

12) Your leads will be in CSV (Comma Separated Value) format. You can open them with Microsoft Excel or another compatible spreadsheet application.

How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, send notification to billing@prospectzone.com or send a fax to 312-226-0710.  Upon termination, any credit balance remaining from the deposit will be used to send the remaining leads purchased.
