The new one-screen lead editing feature allows agents to log in to their personal online dashboards and edit the contact info and follow-up status of all their health leads by simply pointing, clicking and typing in their changes.
Rather than visiting separate pages to update each lead, the one-screen feature streamlines the follow-up process, allowing a BrokerOffice subscriber to work straight down their list of health insurance leads, calling the prospect and updating their status and info as they go.
Norvax has also released their new "Cost Per Sale" report. This tool allows insurance agent subscribers to automatically track their conversion ratio and cost per sale for every lead source.
