Jack Krier of Colorado-based AmeriQuote Insurance & Financial Services has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. A captive agent for most of that time, he started his own agency eight years ago so he could offer customers a better choice of products by representing multiple carriers.
At first Jack's agency was slowed down by unproductive phone time, a 30-minute quoting process, and policies that could take up to four weeks to write.
