The Norvax Management Team

Clint Jones, Co-Founder and CEO

In 2001, Jones and partner Brandon Cruz launched a new company, Norvax, to develop website content management systems for small and medium-sized businesses. The following year, Jones and Cruz launched the insurance industry’s first nationwide, multi-carrier quote engine software for agents.

Through the years the company has developed a comprehensive 24/7 online solution with automated tools that handle day to day tasks, allowing agents to successfully build customer relationships and increase sales using the Internet.

Today, as CEO of the fastest growing health insurance technology company in the U.S., Jones strives to broaden Norvax' leadership position in the insurance industry by delivering leading-edge products to the broker and carrier community, and by expanding Norvax customer and partner initiatives.

Prior to founding Norvax, Jones served as Intranet Manager for Credit Suisse First Boston HOLT, where he managed, streamlined and enhanced the company’s entire intranet operation.  A graduate of Miami University, Jones earned a double major in marketing and management information systems. That’s where he also met fellow alumni and future Norvax co-founder, Brandon Cruz.

Brandon Cruz, Co-Founder, President & Chief Technology Officer

Entrepreneur and Norvax co-founder Brandon Cruz is the visionary behind the applications that have transformed the sales and shopping landscape of individual health insurance.

In 2001, he joined with college alumni and fellow entrepreneur Clint Jones to found Norvax, with the goal of developing technology platforms and sales automation solutions to assist insurance agents and small- to medium-sized businesses.

Insurance carriers and health plans soon began to realize that they, too, must develop an Internet presence to engage consumers in this new marketplace. They turned to Norvax as the industry’s leading online technology company, helping to fuel the company’s rapid growth.

Today, as President and CTO, Cruz is working to develop broader and deeper technology solutions for the rapidly changing individual health insurance marketplace.

Prior to founding Norvax, Cruz worked as a systems analyst at Lante, where he began to formulate ideas to create his own company built on high demand, value-driven products that appealed to a broad range of customers. Cruz is a graduate of Miami University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems.
