Media Associate

GoHealthInsurance.com is one of the leading health insurance platforms for consumers across the country. As part of that, GoHealth wants to extend its media and social reach by hiring a Media Associate to help with blog content, social media accounts and PR campaigns.

The Media Associate will be responsible for the success of several different public relations and media efforts including:

• Writing internal and guest blog posts
• Posting to social media outlets such as Twitter and Facebook
• Writing internal press releases, articles for online news publications or other online media, and informational content for consumer education
• Assisting with all media, public relations and press efforts for GoHealth

Job Specifications

• At least a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent work experience
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Blogging experience and health insurance/care knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of content development and search engine optimization
• Experience with social media
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
